The Goulburn Broken CMA is seeking applications from energetic and experienced individuals to join us in the role of Corporate and Business Services Manager.
Part of the Executive Team and reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership role is responsible the human resources, finance, information technology, facilities and office management, governance and Board functions of the GBCMA.
Candidates will need to demonstrate broad experience across several corporate and business services functions and well-developed leadership and relationship building skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality business services to the GBCMA.
You will have sound financial, risk management and governance skills, the ability think strategically and contribute to the overall success of the GBCMA, and the exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications & Experience
Several years’ experience across a range of Corporate Services functions, preferably in the government sector
Extensive experience in leading and managing teams delivering high quality services
An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to at least one of the corporate services areas
Role Accountabilities
Provide strategic level input, advice and options to support the GBCMA achieve its purpose and strategic priorities.
Lead the development of financial, IT, governance, risk and people strategies, policies and procedures across the GBCMA to deliver a sustainable and fit for purpose corporate services function.
Lead awareness, integration and delivery of the relevant Commonwealth and State policies, frameworks and strategies in the areas of Risk, Governance, Finance, Procurement, IT, HR and OHS.
Anticipate future trends to inform innovative and continuous improvement thinking.
Lead the functions to support the GBCMA Board, and sub-committees.
Deliver the GBCMA strategic functions including the Annual Report and Corporate Plan.
