For over 28 years Multifile has been at the forefront of specialist storage solutions for applications as diverse as weapon storage systems for the Department of Defence to Dangerous Goods, Security, Fire Protection, and document storage across a range of industries. Multifile is committed to not only servicing large corporations and government departments but also small business. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic Administration & Sales Support person to work closely with our team. This role would suit an administration “all-rounder” with proven experience across a variety of business functions.

Type of employment:
Multifile's opening hours are 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. This position is for 38 hours per week and would suit a local resident looking for some flexibility in work hours.
Location:
The role is based at our Kirrawee office and warehouse – 10 Ethell Road, Kirrawee.
Rate of Pay:
Your salary will be $75,000 - $85,000/year + Superannuation, based on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to:
Develop and manage all administrative systems and duties within Multifile, i.e. daily book-keeping (MYOB), invoicing, Accounts Payable, etc.
Handling and reporting of initial customer enquiries
Processing of orders, including liaising with clients to finalise project details
Customer service, care and support, including regular communication with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors over the phone and email
Maintaining the “EQS Register” (Enquiries, Quotes and Sales Register) and generating weekly/monthly reports
Work with management team toward continuous improvement of Multifile processes and systems
Providing other general administrative support for the Sales, Accounts and Operations teams
Manage any matters relating to building administration or services within the office area, and basic level of internal IT support
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience
5+ years previous experience in a similar role/industry
Proven experience in a broad role with a variety of tasks/responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Suite, MYOB, or familiar with accounting software
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Self-starter, disciplined, highly organised and committed to meet deadlines
High level attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Ability to work as part of a small team
