About the Role

Join a leading provider of professional training and education services to deliver high-quality vocational training. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Facilitator to deliver and assess the Diploma of Government. This flexible, part-time role combines remote online training with in-person classroom delivery.

Classroom delivery will take place across venues in Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate theoretical instruction and practical training ensuring training meets accreditation and regulatory standards
• Provide timely feedback to participants as required
• Conduct competency-based assessments that meet all RTO and regulatory requirements
• Maintain skills and knowledge in accordance with AQF requirements and obligations as an RTO provider

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial and current professional experience in the Government sector
• Significant adult education experience in a professional services capacity
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
• Holds Diploma in Government qualification, or equivalent
• Proficient user of Learning Management Systems (e.g. LearnUpon)
