We are currently looking for passionate and experienced trainers to join our team in delivering the following qualifications:
CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support
CHC43015 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support
CHC52021 – Diploma of Community Services

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training in line with accredited course requirements and industry standards
Assess students through a variety of practical and theoretical methods
Provide individualised support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals
Collaborate with fellow trainers to develop and refine innovative teaching strategies
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progression
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, compliance standards, and professional practice
Essential Requirements
✅ Relevant qualifications and industry experience in individual support, aged care, or community services
✅ TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent as recognised by ASQA
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse learner cohort
✅ Demonstrated capability in training delivery and assessment
✅ Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
✅ Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
