About this Opportunity:
Are you ready to lead a warehouse where no two days are the same? We're looking for an experienced hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, taking charge of all aspects of warehouse operations – from receiving and inspecting goods to picking, packing, and dispatching parts for production and customer orders.
This role is based in Dandenong South, Victoria and is a full time, onsite position.

Be the Organiser: You’ll oversee the flow of goods, update our MRP system, and keep everything in order.
Safety First: You’ll help create a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
What You’ll Do:
Unload trucks using forklifts or walkie stackers
Inspect incoming goods and make sure deliveries match invoices
Keep our MRP system accurate with stock movements
Pick parts for the assembly team, ensuring FIFO principles
Pack and dispatch parts to customers and international branches
Liaise with couriers for pickups and tracking
Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory accuracy
Manage waste, including recycling where possible
Be a 5S champion, maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
Handle any other duties as needed to keep things running smoothly
What You’ll Need:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Experience leading warehouse operations
Valid forklift and full Australian driver’s licenses
Ability to lift weights within WorkSafe limits
Solid computer skills and experience with MRP/ERP systems
Basic understanding of electrical components or mechanical drawings (a bonus)
