We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatch Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dispatch and warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

• Lead, supervise, and support the dispatch team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

• Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations

About You:

• Proven experience in a dispatch or warehouse supervisory role

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and organisational ability

• Competent with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office / Google Sheets

• Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
