Allfast Solutions is a major player in the Brisbane fasteners (nuts and bolts) market, supplying construction and manufacturing companies across Australia. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of operations, lead a small team, and help drive our next phase of growth.

Your Role:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll lead a team of 3, manage logistics, and work closely with our sales team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee customer deliveries and supplier collections (daily)

Lead and supervise a team of 3 warehouse staff

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately

Handle goods receival and inventory management

Implement warehouse systems and process improvements

Liaise closely with the internal sales team

Operate high-reach forklifts (essential)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Perform hands-on warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse team leader or supervisor experience

Strong logistics and problem-solving skills

Hi-Reach forklift licence & current drivers licence – essential

Experience with fasteners or related products – highly regarded

Competent with basic computer systems and paperwork

Reliable, motivated, and solutions-focused

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Long-term mindset and commitment to team success
