Now with Australian operation in full swing, we require the services of highly motivated and inspring sales leader across the NSW market to spearhead their high perfroming sales team.
About the Role
As the NSW State Sales Manager you’ll play a critical leadership role, overseeing all sales operations and revenue responsibilities. This is your opportunity to shape and drive the performance of a growing team in one of Australia's most important clean energy markets.
You’ll be responsible for delivering sales targets, scaling operations, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values of excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
You'll lead from the front—coaching and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting complex sales, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll report to the Head of Sales Nationally and work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate a growing residential sales team across NSW
- Own the state sales strategy and execution to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Recruit, train and onboard new sales talent in alignment with 1KOMMA5° culture and standards
- Drive performance management through KPIs, pipeline reporting and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with national leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and launch initiatives
- Provide coaching and support for complex customer consultations and major sales
- Foster a high-performance, purpose-driven culture rooted in sustainability and impact
- Stay on top of market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a B2C sales leadership role, ideally across the renewables, energy, telco, tech or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing distributed sales teams with a focus on coaching and performance
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability—comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise sales outcomes
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a passion for empowering others
- A personal commitment to sustainability and clean energy

Reporting directly to the Australian CEO, on offer here is a negotiable base salary package based on experience with annual earning (including comms) sitting between $220-$250k. Share options would also be on the table for the right candidate.
