About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving Sales and Growth: Managing your customer territory to retain and grow sales value.
• Building Relationships: Developing strong connections with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Market Insight: Monitoring trends and providing feedback to refine strategies and product offerings.
• Collaborative Success: Working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in field sales - FMCG, food services, or food packaging.
• Proven Skills: A strong track record of meeting sales targets and fostering business growth.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to Travel: A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within your state.

Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Sales are highly regarded, but accumulated experience will also be considered.
