We’re on the lookout for a Digital Specialist with strong digital marketing and project delivery experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, has a strong grasp of digital systems, and is passionate about creating seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to deliver website updates and manage digital content.
• Drive delivery of digital marketing projects including EDMs, forms/surveys, and social media campaigns.
• Support digital platforms such as websites, email marketing, CRMs, and more.
• Provide website and campaign performance reports using analytics tools.
• Contribute to user research, testing, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Maintain and support digital systems including CMS, SEO/SEM tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience supporting and monitoring digital systems such as CMS, CRM, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing, web analytics, LMS, SharePoint or survey platforms.
• Proven track record in supporting or leading digital projects – from gathering requirements to deployment and performance review.
• Understanding of user experience and accessibility principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment with competing priorities.
