Our Temporary Division are currently recruiting for several Records Officer / Information Management positions for our State Government clients.
We get various Records positions between Level 1 – 4 State Government levels
Here are our current positions we are looking to fill ASAP:
Information Officer:
Northbridge
Full time hours Monday – Fridays
Start ASAP for 3 months with potential to extend
Microsoft 365/ Share point experience / TRIM/ Objective experience desired
$50 + Super hour (Government Level 3)
Information Management Officer:
Wanneroo
Full time hours Monday – Fridays
Start date ASAP for 3 months with potential to extend
$56 + Super hour (Government level 4)
Duties include:
· Serves as a primary contact for customers and stakeholders, resolving or redirecting enquiries as needed.
· Delivers accurate, timely, and clear communication to ensure service excellence and issue resolution.
· Handles EDRMS-related enquiries and training requests, ensuring courteous and effective support
· Handles high-level security tasks and manages documentation, archiving, and mail systems.
· Assists Senior Officer in ensuring data security, integrity, and availability across college records.
· Maintains the records system, generates reports, and supports improvements in classification, indexing, and storage.
· Conducts file audits, checks for unattached documents, and takes corrective action.
Essential Criteria:
National Police Clearance (within 6 months old)
Intermediate - MS Office skills
Valid working visa or permanent residency status
Available to work full time office hours
Intermediate experience in administrative processes
Experience in a Records position recently (2 years + minimum)
Foundational knowledge of relevant legislation
Computing, numeracy and literacy skills.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly Desirable:
Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Records Management
Intermediate experience in Freedom of Information processes
Foundational knowledge of relevant legislation
