This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse workforce data and outcomes of stakeholder consultation to understand workforce complexity and key issues;
• Review best practice model/s and recommend a fit-for-purpose OD operating model;
• Assess the current state against best practice model/s, including services, people, processes, systems and technology;
• Identify a future state, based on the recommended fit-for-purpose OD operating model ;
• Identify gaps between current and future states with respect to services, people, processes, systems and technology strengths;
• Recommend appropriate organisational governance and oversight to support consistency and performance across the agency; and
• Develop a phased roadmap to transition the agency from current to future state.
• Review existing service catalogues;
• Conduct stakeholder consultation to understand the full range of services being offered;
• Develop a consistent template for a service catalogue; and
• Develop a comprehensive service catalogue for all functions, including articulate centralised and decentralised services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven ability to design, develop, facilitate, review and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development and/or human resource programs, online resources, solutions and initiatives.
• Experience in undertaking organisational assessments and implementing change management strategies.
• Strong understanding of organisational development principles and methodologies
• Strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation capabilities with the ability to understand, interpret and present information and data as it relates to organisational development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with leadership and teams.
• High-level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
