Ray White Croydon are looking for a positive, professional and well-spoken person to join our Administration Team as our Full-Time Front of House Receptionist. The role of Front of House Receptionist is an integral role within a Real Estate office as you are the face of the company, and the first-person clients generally deal with. Not only is it a customer-based role but also a role that requires organisation, deadline management and great people skills.
The tasks involved in this role are as follows (but are not limited to):
Welcome and warmly greet clients and staff as they enter the office
Answering the office phones and transferring to relevant staff
Answering client questions where possible and refer to other staff where needed
General administration duties using office database, Google Suite, Word and other software programs
Organising your days to maximise quality and efficiency of work
Work within a friendly team to ensure all tasks are covered
Be open to creating and adapting to processes where needed
Communicating effectively with other staff
Ad hoc administration duties
Ensure foyer of office is always neat and tidy
Support to the marketing, rentals and sales team with ad hoc and administrative tasks
Social media management
To be successful for this position you must possess the following:
Your own car
Valid driver's license
Willingness to learn
A positive and can-do attitude
Customer service or administration experience as part of a previous role highly regarded but not essential
Agent's Representative Certificate and prior Real Estate is preferred but is not essential.
This role is Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
