About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Front Office Receptionist / Administrator to join the friendly team at Clarke and Co in East Maitland, NSW. This full-time role will involve providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing the front desk and reception area
Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry and photocopying
Assisting with various projects and tasks as required
Maintaining a tidy and organised front office area
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role, preferably in an office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
The ability to work well in a team and independently
