Key Responsibilities

• Greet and host clients, delivering a consistently elevated front-of-house experience.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Maintain a calm, professional showroom environment, ensuring all guests are well attended to.
• Support internal departments by relaying client needs and updates in a timely manner.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the broader team as required.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role within luxury retail, hospitality, or other premium service environments.
• Professional presentation with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence managing high call volumes and a strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with booking or CRM systems highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.
