Are you an experienced Strata Manager with a passion for excellence in property management? Our client is seeking a professional with around 5 years of experience to manage an exclusive portfolio for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of a select portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Work closely with onsite building managers to maintain high standards of service
• Manage day-to-day strata operations, including budgets, maintenance, and reporting
• Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in strata management
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and regulations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex portfolios with the assistance of onsite staff
