This role provides a Senior Strata Manager with proven experience to step away from managing a large portfolio, focus on a small key portfolio and develop your skills within the management/leadership team. With loads of opportunities for growth within this company, you will use your experience & expertise to support the senior management team in providing high level support to the team and assisting in development of more junior managers skills.

THE ROLE:

• Driving a high level of customer service and communication levels
• Troubleshooting issues that are escalated within the team
• Drive mentoring, coaching and staff development
• Managing a small portfolio of key clientele but freeing up your time to focus on development of your management skills

THE CANDIDATE:

• Must have impressive experience within Strata Management across a number of difference schemes and a sound knowledge of QLD legislation
• Great relationship & problem solving skills within a customer service environment
• Excellent people skills and communication, level headed and ability to coach
• Technically savvy and well versed with processes & software's
• Proven ability to drive and implement change
