Clean Health Group (CHG) is regarded as a global market leader in fitness education worldwide. We empower elite coaches, trainers, and health professionals to change lives through evidence-based certifications, business mentorship, and industry-leading education platforms across our portfolio of brands: Clean Health, Vast Nutrition Academy and the Australian Institute of Fitness.

As we scale toward our goal of certifying 1M+ professionals by 2027, we’re hiring a Funding & Axcelerate Expert to take ownership of two business-critical pillars: (1) Axcelerate, our central SMS, and (2) the full-spectrum state and federal funding administration. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, knows how to make systems work at scale, and understands exactly what it takes to keep a nationally funded RTO compliant, audit-ready and growing.
This is a high-accountability, detail-critical role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex systems with confidence, and understands the operational impact of clean, compliant, audit-ready data.
What You’ll Be Doing
Axcelerate Lead (Student Lifecycle Management)
Configure enrolments, units, outcomes and certificate workflows across all RTO programs
Keep student data accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal processes and compliance requirements
Maintain audit-ready records across the entire student lifecycle, from enrolment to certification
Funding Uploads & Government Compliance
Manage uploads to the appropriate state and federal portals, ensuring alignment with contract and program rules
Monitor and configure upload errors, resolving issues quickly to avoid business impact.
Reporting & Internal Communication
Generate real-time reports to support Sales, Training, Compliance and Executive teams
Highlight progression gaps, upcoming claims, and system risks in monthly internal updates
Cross-Functional Coordination & Risk Management
Work to align invoice profiles to ensure invoices are issued correctly to adhere to funding requirements.
Liaise with Sales to ensure funding eligibility is correctly applied during enrolment
Act as a final checkpoint before certificates are issued for funded students
Process Improvement & System Leadership
Identify and lead Axcelerate process improvements that reduce admin time and funding risk
Support internal teams with workflow documentation, user training and system guidance
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience in RTO operations, compliance, or student data roles with high accountability
You’re a proven expert working with Axcelerate, including program setup, workflow configuration and in-depth reporting
You understand government-funded training programs like Smart & Skilled, Skills Assure, and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (WA), and have worked with funding rules or portals previously.
You’re detail-focused, methodical and comfortable working across teams, especially with Sales, Finance and Compliance
You know the importance of accurate, auditable data and take pride in getting it right the first time
Bonus: You’ve helped prepare for internal or external audits or worked on funding claims and reconciliations
Why CHG?
The Mission: Be part of a category-leading global movement that aims to certify 1M+ students and impact 1B+ lives
