Data Verification and Reports
Student Management System (SMS) management - aXcelerate
Departmental Reporting and Management
Lodgement Process Management
Business Improvement and Process Efficiency
Invoice Management
Staff Training and some supervision of other admin staff
Document and Records Management
Liase with Trainer/Assessors, students and clients

Skills required for the role:
Excellent attention to detail and diligence
Sound understanding of Microsoft office (word, excel)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritise
Well developed organizational skills
Qualifications required for the role:
Minimum qualifications required for the role are 2 years RTO experience or equivalent (eg educational institution)
Preferably a Cert III or Cert IV in Business, or equivalent
Experience required for the role:
Familiarity with database and computer systems
Well spoken, professional phone manner
Ability to manage time and priorities
Customer service
Experience with sensitive and confidential information management
