Spot On Plumbing & Drainage is a family-owned company based in South Brisbane. As our team expands, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Office Allrounder to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role:

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting our team of plumbers and office staff with a mix of admin, customer service, and general office duties. If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

General Job Description:

Basic accounts and data entry (using MYOB/Xero or similar)

Managing office supplies and organising files

General administrative tasks and support to the team

Occasional support with compliance documentation and scheduling (using Simpro)

Assisting with HR onboarding processes

Assisting with Business Development

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in an admin or office support role (trade industry experience is a bonus)

Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

Friendly and professional attitude

Nice to Have:

Experience with job management systems (e.g. SimPRO, ServiceM8)

Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software

Knowledge of plumbing or trade industry processes
