Responsibilities

Details of Job Description:

Answering inbound calls to the warranty queue

Provide quality customer service

Coordinate technicians to visit and quote on repair work

Record all communication with customers and technicians accurately within our systems

Requesting information from suppliers

Raising and sending purchase orders

Reporting on status of work

Your Profile
