About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Services Officer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. We are a highly culture focused firm who's primary goal is to ensure you have every opportunity to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to work closely with the Financial Planner to provide excellent customer service and administrative support
Schedule appointments and reviews on behalf of your adviser
Liaising with clients to request and follow up required information
Communicating with clients to keep them up to date with the implementation process and any ongoing requirements
Inbound and Outbound Calls
Completing Pre-Assessments
Accurately maintaining client records
Updating internal CRM (Streak/Odoo)
Liaising with superannuation funds to resolve implementation errors
Liaising with Insurance providers to support our clients through their insurance implementation
Document preparation
Ability to utilise Microsoft office suite eg. Word, Excel, OneNote etc.
Ad hoc administration task
Requirements:
Organised, detail orientated with strong time management skills
Self-motivated, very high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workflow and able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Have worked in a support role within a financial planning practice highly desirable
Experience using Financial Planning Software highly desirable
