Qualifications & experience
A passion for delivering exceptional service, with the ability to provide seamless support to both our sales team and customers. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in customer service or support roles across industries such as telecommunications, IT, insurance, retail, hospitality, or any environment known for delivering high-quality customer care.
You’ll bring a strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and accountability—values we hold in high regard. Success in this role depends on your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication at the core. A team-focused attitude, combined with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills, will set you apart. Of course, a confident phone manner and a friendly, ‘can-do’ approach are a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—is essential. Our team works across various systems and platforms, so being tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple applications will help you hit the ground running.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to coordinate and deliver projects on schedule
· Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding order status and project milestones
· Ensure all customer interactions and project updates are accurately recorded in the CRM and associated platforms
· Handle inbound calls with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
· Monitor and respond to support tickets and email communications from customers and partners promptly and effectively
