As the bridge between our customers, service agents, and internal departments, you’ll play a vital role in managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to process improvement across the board.
Warranty Claims Management
Receive, review, and process warranty claims from customers, service agents, and dealers.
Validate claims in line with warranty terms, conditions, and company policies.
Escalate complex or disputed claims to management as needed.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
Provide guidance and support to customers and service agents on warranty procedures.
Collaborate with service, spares, technical, and sales teams to resolve claims efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Process & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of claims, communications, and resolutions.
Assist with audits and reports by ensuring data accuracy.
Support and improve processes related to returned goods (RMA), freight suppliers, and supplier cost recovery.
Regularly exploring freight suppliers to ensure we have the most cost effective options.
Spare Parts & Dispatch Support
Assist the spare parts team with order enquiries and dispatch when needed.
