About the role:

• Work with two leading Finance Specialist Partners.
• Acting on behalf of major sponsors, borrowers and domestic & offshore lenders, as well as major Australian listed companies and Australian Banks.
• Be involved in matters, spanning across acquisition finance, property finance, leverage finance and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate:

• At least3+ year’s PQE, coming from a top tier, national or international finance practice environment.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, coupled with an excellent academic record.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• A team player, capable of working autonomously.
