CareerMode is teaming up with a fast-growing national manufacturer on the hunt for a sharp Finance Business Partner. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape budgets, deliver real-time insights, and influence strategic decisions. Backed by a strong FC and a solid accounting team, you’ll have the space to focus on what you do best, adding value where it matters most.

The role

Key responsibilities

Business partnering with numerous operational leaders

Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting process for different business units

Budgets for OPEX and CAPEX

Using BI tools to develop reports and dashboards

Ad hoc financial modelling and modelling for pricing

Variance analysis

About you

You’re a CA or CPA with a strong track record in commercial finance, business partnering, or senior management accounting. You’re advanced with Excel and BI tools, confident leading budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites, and at your best when translating numbers into clear, strategic advice for executives and operational leaders. Although not essential, a background in manufacturing would be highly advantageous for this role.
