About the role:

• Work with an award-winning & Doyle’s recognised Partner with over 30 years of experience.
• You will be advising industry leading clients on high profile personal injury claims in the Statutory space. This includes public liability, CTP, workers’ compensation, policy interpretation and accident compensation.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 3+ PQE, and prior experience working on personal injury insurance,/public liability claims. Preferably defendant-side, but open to plaintiff.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• A strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance.
