About the role:

• Work within a thriving Statutory Insurance - Workers' Compensation practice and have the opportunity to work closely with different Partners from across both the Sydney and Newcastle offices.
• Identify potential liability defences, manage medical records, negotiate settlements and reduce the risk of litigation.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ post admission experience working in the personal injury space, more specially Worker’s Compensation.
• Clear & concise drafting skills.
• Exceptional communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
