Office Administration & Sales Support

Join a well-established brand within the lighting and electrical industry.

This customer-driven and innovative organisation is looking for an enthusiastic, process-driven, and self-motivated administrator to provide sales support to the Australian sales team and customers by processing sales orders and providing efficient stock and product information to internal and external customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer purchase orders accurately and promptly in SAP so that these are dispatched promptly and within KPIs from our warehouse agent depots.

Assisting with customer telephonic/email enquiries on purchase orders, stock delivery, price and availability.

Providing sales representatives with information on stock/customer orders.

Internal sales activities to support business partner sales growth.

Processing Credit Notes and other ad hoc duties.

Core Competencies:

Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional and proficient phone manners with customers.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task.

Knowledge and thorough understanding of customer service principles.

Having a respectful approach to all clients and fellow staff at all times.

Comply with all company policies, processes and procedures.

Honesty, enthusiasm, integrity.

Punctuality and reliability.

Initiative and discretion.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Ability to work efficiently and safely, independently and in a team.

Desired skills and experience:

Experience with SAP Business One would be advantageous.

MS Excel skills.
