Following a recent acquisition and significant growth, we are looking for a Sales Administration Support person to join our team. This role, reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, is integral to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:
This full-time position, based in Melbourne, provides a flexible hybrid work arrangement. As an essential member of the Sales Administration team, you'll oversee the entire customer order process, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics. The main focus will be on key customer account administration, managing a busy shared inbox, and ensuring efficient customer order processing through email and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders while ensuring clear and effective communication.

Address, investigate, resolve, and report on customer complaints and consumer inquiries.

Perform general administrative tasks to support overall business operations.

About You:

Proven experience in Sales Administration Support within the FMCG industry, ideally with order processing experience for major retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Costco, Aldi, Metcash, and/or Reject Shop.

Solid experience in managing customer and consumer complaints.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with B2B Ecommerce Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is advantageous.
