Our Client:

Our Client is a growing construction company with headquarters in regional

NSW. Specialising in internal refurbishment works across schools and

government buildings in NSW and Victoria.

The business is expanding and looking for a hands-on, action-oriented Project

Assistant to support their Sydney operations. Based in Blacktown, you’ll be on

the move across Sydney and occasionally to Wollongong, Newcastle, or

regional NSW and Interstate.

Your Next Opportunity:

As Project Assistant, you will play a vital part in project and operational

delivery, assisting Project Managers with day-to-day logistics, deliveries, and

site tasks. This is a high-trust, boots-on-the-ground role with growth potential

for those who show initiative and follow-through.

Your Day Will Look Like:

 Daily Deliveries: Receive materials at the Blacktown warehouse and

deliver to sites – bricks, timber, tiles, tools.

 Onsite Support: Travel to job sites across Sydney to assist trades and

provide access.

 Site Labouring: Help with demolition, measurements, carpentry support,

clean-up, and more.

 General Help: Tidy warehouse, clean vehicles, assist the PMs wherever

needed.

 Occasional Regional/Interstate Trips: You might do the odd overnight

trip to support regional projects.

Our Next Project Assistant Is:

 Licensed: Current Driver’s Licence required (manual and trailer towing a

bonus).

 Construction-Savvy: Some site experience is preferable, even better if

you’ve worked in a trade.

 Clear to Work: Police Check and WWCC (or eligible to apply), NSW

White Card (or willing to obtain).

 Hands-On: You enjoy physical work, logistics, and making the day run

smoother and excellent communicator.

 Reliable: Punctual, trustworthy, and proud of your strong work ethic.
