Sudiro Constructions is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering quality construction and renovation projects across North West Sydney.

We partner with Local Government, Education, and Commercial clients, working on a variety of community-focused projects.

Public amenities buildings

Community centres

Child care centres

Libraries

Rural Fire Service (RFS) facilities

Schools

The Role Requirements

3+ yrs PM experience in commercial construction

A tertiary qualification in construction or demonstrated equivalent

Communicate with Clients, Suppliers, Sub Contractors, Internal Staff and Consultants

Develop & manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and related project items

Identify potential challenges and risks, and work collaboratively to implement solutions.

Practical knowledge of all aspects of construction including ability to read drawings and specifications

Strong organisational and project management skills

Ability to work independently in a tight knit environment and manage a team

Track record of successfully assisting in the delivery of commercial renovation projects up to $500K

Track record of successfully assisting in the delivery of new builds up to $4M

Proficient in Nexvia or similar job management system
