About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Counting House MGL' in Arncliffe, NSW. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of complex construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular updates to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Continuously seeking ways to improve project processes and drive efficiencies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, as well as experience with project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate potential challenges
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field are preferred
