About This Position:

Due to the rapid growth of the company, we need a Construction Project Manager, who will be proficient in the following aspects of the job responsibilities:

● Plan and schedule construction projects to meet agreed budgets, deadlines, and client expectations, while optimizing resources and ensuring financial goals are met.

● Analyze architectural drawings and technical specifications to identify the most appropriate construction methods for each project.

● Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to align project activities and allocate resources efficiently.

● Monitor site operations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

● Organize testing procedures and arrange prompt rectifications where deficiencies arise.

● Identify project risks early, address legal and safety concerns, and maintain overall regulatory compliance.

● Lead and coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project progress and delivery.

● Manage contract terms, negotiate changes when necessary, and handle any arising conflicts or disputes.

● Prepare and submit tender proposals and contract bids, ensuring they meet client requirements, project objectives, and compliance with industry regulations.

● Establish quality control processes to consistently meet performance, safety, and client satisfaction standards.

● Review completed projects, evaluate outcomes critically, and recommend strategies for future project improvements.

Requirements:

At least bachelor’s degree or above in construction

Mandarin Speaking preferred (Most colleagues are Chinese background)

At least three years’ experience as a construction project manager

Industry experience preferred (experience in building and construction industry)
