The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire our skilled greenkeeping team, fostering excellence and enthusiasm

· Develop and implement strategic agronomic programs to enhance course quality and sustainability

· Manage and optimise our modern irrigation system

· Oversee course improvement projects from concept through to execution

· Ensure compliance with environmental best practices and champion sustainability

· Proactively manage budgets, emphasizing efficiency and innovation

· WHS expertise

What You’ll Bring:

· Genuine passion for golf and turf excellence

· Proven leadership skills with experience in senior turf management

· Relevant qualifications in Turf Management or similar

· Expertise in cool-season grasses and modern turf management techniques

· Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
