About the Role
The Hilton Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen. This is a rare opportunity—our current Head Chef has held the role for over five years, and we’re now looking for the right person to take the reins.

You’ll oversee kitchen operations, mentor a skilled team, and bring creativity to our menu, which blends Italian favourites, elevated pub fare and hand-stretched wood-fired pizzas. If you love bold flavours, seasonal produce and delivering exceptional food in a relaxed setting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service

Design and implement creative, seasonal menus

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

Manage food costs, stock control and supplier relationships

Mentor and inspire a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff

Work closely with front-of-house to ensure seamless service

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for quality produce

Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pub classics (desirable but not essential)

Commitment to consistency and exceptional customer experience
