Established from the ground up back in 2015 and lead by their founders, Chris & Eleesha. Team vibes are everything at Soul for our staff and our clients.

Key Skills you will hold:

You're a creative - You'll be up to date with new trends, love creating TikTok's, stories and reels to attract followers

A problem solver - When there's a problem, you'll come to management with the solution

A community person – you are comfortable sparking up conversations, spreading the word & gaining community trust through connection

Efficiency is your friend - CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT - you know how to make content fast and engaging

You're not scared of the latest tech - Marketing is now tech and it is evolving fast! You're a quick learner & not scared to learn new systems and find tools to ease the pressure and make things easier for yourself

Team player - you dig in and get things done when the team needs you to step up. Showing leadership skills to grow and expand your role.

An innovator - you don’t sit around and wait for others to start a trend - you’re leading from the front

You're Customer Focused – you know that at the end of the day if our customers are happy, we succeed. You will do everything to ensure those good vibes are always communicated.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management - ensuring up to date at all times, including the development of eCom

SEO Targeting - understand the fundamentals to ensure Soul is always at the top

Google Ads - sound knowledge of google ads campaigns to adjust for highest success.

Content Creation & Social Media Management (all platforms) - creation of innovative fun content regularly

Social Campaign creation, management and reporting - regularly reviewing and adjusting to get the best results

Marketing Automations - review & improve existing sequences with collaboration with HQ team

PR Relations - reach those untouched markets with positive vibes through media and influencers

Event Marketing & Activations - organise collaborations and events to grow client base and in turn convert to regular clients of Soul.

EDM's - Create engaging emails specific for client base to attract and retain clients.

Company Materials - Ensure all company hard copy marketing materials are up to date and eye catching.

CAC Reporting & Recommendations - Understand the numbers to ensure marketing spend is always positively returned. Be the leader of improvements, coming to management with resolutions and ideas backed by data to ensure targets are achieved.

Brand awareness across organic and paid reaches - be active on all platforms, creating engagement and local awareness within our communities.
