They provide support to their members who are employed in all areas of healthcare including general practice, allied health, dental, medical specialties, physiotherapy and podiatry. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work with a small, collaborative team in gorgeous offices in the cbd surrounded by the best coffee you can find in Melbourne!

About the Role
Due to a number of exciting internal and external marketing initiatives, AAPM are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a permanent part time capacity and are open to 3-4 days. This is a true opportunity with variety, and plays an important role in realising the association’s strategy by being responsible for the coordination, execution and monitoring of marketing and communications activities and campaigns. Your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, EDMs, newsletters)
• Manage content scheduling, branding, and voice consistency across all channels
• Support and coordinate national events and conferences
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to long term planning
• Maintain a register of media contacts and other relevant external stakeholders

About You
You will have worked in a professional environment with ideally 3-5 years experience in a similar marketing coordinator role. If you have had exposure and/or an understanding of the healthcare sector or membership based organisations this would be beneficial. Formal qualifications or a passion for marketing would also be highly regarded. You will have a high attention to detail, have strong organisational skills and take a collaborative approach.
