Are you a creative thinker with a knack for social media and a love for hospitality? We're a small but vibrant hospitality business looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to help us connect with our guests, grow our brand, and bring our events and promotions to life.

As our Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in promoting our venues and experiences to the community, both online and offline. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, organised, and excited to contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Create engaging social media content and assets (images, short videos, graphics)

Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms

Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments

Track and report on social media performance and growth

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Develop and implement seasonal and event-based marketing campaigns

Create and send promotional EDMs (email newsletters)

Monitor CRM list growth and segment audiences for targeted campaigns

Track and report on email open/click rates and campaign success

Content Creation & Design

Design simple visual promotional material for online and print (e.g. event posters, menus, flyers)

Collaborate with venue staff for content ideas and promotions

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Measure and analyse website traffic, CRM engagement, and social media metrics

Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

About You:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar)

Familiarity with web and social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Hospitality or event experience a bonus, but not essential
