They are currently looking for a Snr Contract Administrator with commercial building experience to join a project team located SOR.
Key Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator working on projects $50M+
• Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred.
• Must have experience working for a main contractor on commercial building projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Due to the nature of the project Australian/New Zealand Citizenship is preferred, they can consider PR status.
• Not suited to anyone on any temporary visa or sponsored visas.
