About the Role:

As a office and site based Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across a range of commercial builds valued between $1M and $50M. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to manage contractual obligations, procurement, cost tracking, and reporting, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations
  • Maintain accurate cost control and forecasting
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients
  • Support tender submissions and contract negotiations as needed

Resquirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts (e.g., AS 4000)
  • Proficient in using job management software (e.g. Procore, Cheops, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Full working rights in Austrlia
