The Role

This newly created role sits at the intersection of finance and operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering meaningful financial insights, partnering with operational leaders, and contributing to performance improvement across the business.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management reporting and financial analysis
• Business partnering with logistics and supply chain teams to drive commercial outcomes
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Identifying cost control opportunities and improving financial efficiency
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
• Ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance standards

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or CA qualified- Big Four experience will be highly regarded.
• 3+ years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
