About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in formulating and implementing budgetary and accounting policies

* Prepare financial statements for management, boards, and statutory bodies

* Conduct financial investigations, audits, and prepare detailed financial reports

* Examine and analyse operating costs and organisational income and expenditure

* Provide accurate financial and taxation advice on business operations and structures

* Prepare and lodge taxation returns for individuals and organisations

* Introduce, maintain, and advise on accounting systems, including computer-based platforms

About You:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
