Sendex Logistics, a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company based in Rydalmere (2116), is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the business with financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior management to provide meaningful insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Analyze financial performance, costs, and operational trends

• Support strategic planning and financial modelling

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role

• Strong understanding of financial principles and management reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (experience with MYOB/Xero a plus)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Salary: $73,150 – $80,000 per annum
