The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team. This position is suited to someone with experience in commercial construction projects ranging from $0 to $5M,

The successful candidate can be based in either our Wetherill Park (Sydney) or Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast) office.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit detailed tenders and quotations

Conduct site inspections and diagnostics

Prepare EOIs and tender submissions

Accurately estimate material and labour costs

Attend and contribute to tender meetings

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams

Manage estimating timelines and deliverables

Ensure pricing aligns with project scope and client expectations

What We're Looking For

Proven experience estimating commercial/remedial projects up to $5M

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Previous experience working in a construction project management environment
