We manage 3–5 large-scale custom builds at a time, each spanning 12–18 months, and deliver premium homes through a fully integrated design-and-construct model with our in-house architecture team.

📋 About the Role
This is a hybrid position combining residential estimating with project administration, ideal for someone who thrives on process, accuracy, and being part of a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates, BOQs, and cost plans for custom residential builds

Develop and issue trade packages, specifications, and scopes of work

Source and manage supplier and subcontractor quotes

Financial tracking across live jobs including budgets, POs, and variations

Play a key role in software review and implementation as we upgrade our estimating platform

Support contract admin tasks and liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors

Coordinate with 3D modellers (SketchUp + Revit) and use Smartsheet for scheduling

👤 About You
You’re methodical, systems-minded, and enjoy creating clarity and control through great documentation and diligence.

You’ll bring:

3+ years of residential estimating experience (custom or high-end preferred)

Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and pricing across trades

Proficiency in Buildxact, Excel or similar estimating tools

Clear written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, self-managed approach to workload and collaboration

Bonus Points For:

Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying

Exposure to a range of estimating platforms and digital tools

Experience using software such as Smartsheet, SketchUp or Buebeam (not essential)
