Are you a driven and experienced professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? Join our dynamic team as an Estimator / Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing estimates and tender submissions

Reviewing and negotiating supplier/subcontractor quotes

Applying value engineering principles to optimise costs

Attending client meetings, site walks, and tender interviews

Managing project delivery – on time, on budget, and to the highest quality

Supporting project systems, resource planning, and methodologies

Engaging with key stakeholders including utilities, developers, and contractors

Supervising site teams and managing variations as per contract agreements

Identifying and mitigating project risks

Driving new business opportunities and innovation

About You

• 3 years' experience in estimating and project management

• Strong understanding of data, security, and electrical works

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• A motivated self-starter with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities

• Team-oriented with the ability to lead and support colleagues

• Valid driver’s licence
