As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day administrative support for a number of key clients and internal stakeholders. You will provide excellent customer service and candidate care management whilst having the ability to think on your feet and problem solve. This may be via technology platforms, email communication and over the phone support. You will be surrounded by a team of customer orientated professionals.

Other Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage communications within a shared client mailbox, while delivering on
established SLAs.
- Vendor Management System coordination including scheduling interviews and maintaining
- work orders.
- Effective management of candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
- Assisting and providing training to candidates on timesheet submissions.
- Ensuring compliance through submitting police checks, completing Work Health and Safety
- onsite visits, and monitoring tenure and casual conversion requirements.
- Managing offboarding communications and equipment returns.
- Liaising with Human Resources for issue resolution and general candidate care.
- Maintaining and suggesting improvements for internal processes and documentation.
What experience do I need?
This role would be perfectly suited to someone with 2-3 years' experience in HR and recruitment administration. You will always be looking for solutions, be detailed orientated and an excellent time manager. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a role that changes day to day. You quick learner especially with new tech, organisation, efficiency, and customer service. The role requires the ability to work with urgency and precision, administrative excellence, a
customer service mindset and keen investigative capabilities. It is a crucial role in the management of candidates that requires the ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
