We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our Korn Ferry (AU) Pty Ltd RPO team, working with one of our key clients.

As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the team and will manage the end-to-end recruitment for all roles within your portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to work on various continuous improvement projects such as EVP initiatives, strategic sourcing initiatives and early careers hiring for this well-known, highly regarded client. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you will front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top talent to the business, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions and projects.

About you

You will be a seasoned professional, with experience recruiting roles in the insurance space. You will be customer focused, delivering a positive experience to candidates and clients alike, offering recruitment solutions with your superior stakeholder engagement skills. You will be passionate about developing top class recruitment and other sourcing strategies, pride yourself on your speed to market, quality of service and solid networking skills. You will enjoy partnering with your hiring managers to offer guidance and advice on the current market and market trends.

· Demonstrate strong capability when partnering with stakeholders, take initiative and have a strong consultative nature in the provision of recruitment consultancy services

· Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment, supported by our recruitment coordinators and sourcing specialists

· Be resilient, and be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities

· Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience

This role will offer hybrid working arrangements with 3 days office presence required with this client.

Applicants for this position must have a relevant tertiary qualification and applicable recruitment consultancy experience.

The salary range for the position is $80,000 - $96,000 + super.
