As our Recruitment, Onboarding & Mobilisation Coordinator, located in Booragoon, you’ll play a critical role shaping our workforce. You’ll have real ownership over the recruitment process and work closely with management to deliver the right talent, at the right time, for our expanding operations.

Your Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for all business roles, including Crane Operators, Riggers, and internal positions.

Advertise roles across multiple platforms — Seek, LinkedIn, our website and others.

Conduct thorough face-to-face and phone interviews, complete assessments, and reference checks.

Manage offer processes, employment contracts, onboarding, and mobilisation.

Build and maintain strong talent pools to support current and future workforce planning including the development of a casual pool of labour.

Partner with management to design and implement recruitment strategies based on project demand.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and customer site requirements.

Build strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and external clients.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Proven experience recruiting and mobilising trade and operational roles in civil, mining, or heavy industries.

Hands-on experience using Employment Hero or similar recruiting platforms to manage pipelines.

A strong sense of ethics and professionalism — you take pride in treating candidates and teams with respect.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with operational and management teams.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
